I would not even give it a 1 star if I had a choice!! Rudest ppl ever!! I wanted to return a pair of dress shoes, that had never been worn by me. I had lost the reciept.. I just wanted to exchange for something else. She said no way, it didn't have a road sticker on it...um it didn't have one on it when I bought them,I tried telling her this, but didn't want to hear it. She then proceeds to say you can go find the exact pair that will be the only way.
I'll never be back to that location, yes you lost business over a simple exchange.
Overall good experience. It all depends on the timings. Sometimes you get really nice clothes and sometimes it all depends upon your luck. Staff is really nice.
Was bummed as they didn't have the sizes I needed. But otherwise it was fine.
This store needs to get it together! First off, they sell giant pillows and other large items and the biggest size bag they had was the equivalent of a regular Target bag. Second, the lady next to me was asking about the return policy and the cashier (or whatever they call themselves) literally said "I have no idea". Seriously?! Third, it boggles my mind why people aren't allowed to take carts to their vehicles when they have multiple bags as well as large items and pieces of furniture. Are the employees too lazy to walk outside to retrieve them or what? Customer service people! You do what it takes to make your customers happy (if you want to stay in business that is - which I'm assuming is their ultimate goal). And lastly, why can't they put price stickers ANYWHERE other than on the glass of picture frames?! Are they just trying to make it as difficult as possible for people to remove them?!
