Shopping wise there is just fine. The clothes there are good prices and good items. However selling there and the staff in general is terrible. I had a box of clothes to sell and only after I filled out the information to hand it over for appraisal did they tell me it would be a 3.5 hour wait. However that turned into a 5 hour wait. Staff was rude when I asked them about how much time it would take after I came back at the 3 hour mark. They complained that they were super busy and packed and yet there were at least 7 girls behind the counter just standing there talking. In the end I got my box back with them taking nothing. I could tell from the way the clothes were arranged that they never even looked at my stuff. So there went 5 hours of my life down the drain.
I brought in lots of clothes to sell. A few were name brand items. All the name brand were bought but none of the other brands although they were in better shape than the name brands. Seemed rather snobbish to me.
Friendly staff. Wide selection of clothing sizes, styles and colors. Everything is divided by size and color.
Post is showing up under my husband’s name but he would give you a 5 star rating for getting things out of my house I don’t wear haha. I always find amazing items, especially shoes, every time I stop in to the Edmond location. I’m sure there are endless treasures there if you have time to browse. People need to realize that clothing is like a car, the second you walk out the door of the retail store you purchased it new at, it plummets in value to pennies on the dollar. Some of the big discount stores buy clothes by the pound! Getting anything for your used items with very minimal effort is a win. And look at the amazing items you have access to because someone else was willing to sell. Karma. Thank you from Ester :)
It's SUCH a great place to shop. Great quality, brands, prices. It's clean, organized, and spacious. And it's so friendly for our budget.
Edit: *to the owners response* you called me back on a Monday while an average person is at work (bonus points because I went on break to call you back because I wanted to hear your point of view). I'm very sorry that you apparently see my honest review of an experience as a personal attack against you and your business. It is a criticism that I will not be changing as you yourself were not pleasant as I tried yo voice my reasons. The issues with the buying have been explained however the staff problem is still an issue and though other reviews say this is not a problem it still is. Reviews are meant so that criticism can be taken and others can make their own decisions. I'm very glad you called and that we talked. I will not change my review but I appreciate the discussion non the less.
