Paul Blair is by far the greatest Teacher I have ever heard.

I moved here three years ago and asked God to lead me to the right church. Almost immediately I heard about Fairview Baptist and Pastor Paul Blair. I was told he believed that Christians should take responsibility in our political arena and that he was an amazing speaker and pastor. I am very involved in politics myself so I decide to go try it. It has been perfect for me. It is small enough that you know a lot of the people pretty quickly and they are very warm, helpful, caring people but large enough that a lot is always going on. We are now in the midst of building a larger church because we have grown a lot and continue to do so.

I can't say enough about how I have been affected by Pastor Blair's ministry. He's a very interesting guy, personally; he played pro football for the CHI Bears before he got his irresistible calling to his preaching the Bible in his inimitable style which is to say, he preaches the Bible, warts and all, and just as the text of the Bible describes. If you've seen "The Passion of the Christ," you'll have an idea of his very vivid explication of the events of the scriptures, including the Crucifixion. He dwells a lot on the Old Testament which is rare today but important. He's very dynamic and emphatic and often makes impromptu remarks which are sometimes drawn from his pro football experience, and he can be very amusing with his vernacular. In short, he is a very down-to-earth pastor who preaches authoritatively and convincingly. He is very prolific in writing, creating DVDs, having a daily radio show, running a Wednesday evening Bible study and Sunday School, and still preparing a stunning Sunday sermon. He speaks Hebrew, and he conducts Israel tours periodically (next is March 2019). Truly, he is an inspired man of God. Since I'm late to the game, I've been catching up with his DVDs of past sermons, and I never get tired of watching them, and I look forward to his Sunday sermons. I've found a home with his preaching that's how it's supposed to be: truthful, knowledgeable, descriptive, and analytical. Did I leave out interesting and sometimes amusing? But for authentic and accurate preaching, I highly recommend the Fairview Baptist Church in Edmond, OK, and Pastor Paul Blair.

Practical Biblical teaching, conservative, secure, wonderful choir and pianist, focus on knowing the Lord personally and growing in your walk with Him.

If you want to be a part of a Christian Family, where you will receive great teaching from the Bible, this will be the place for you. Please come!

I like it the people was very nice and helpful to me.
