Dr. Davis needs to talk to a professional about customer service. Yelling at my mother because she opened the door so as to not be in a tiny claustrophobic exam room? I'm sorry but no. You work in a business that relies on good customer service. And in a town with a different vet clinic every mile, you better never forget that word of mouth goes a long way. We have been going to you for almost 15 years, and to be treated like that is completely unacceptable. You've had a long day at work? So has every person in the working force currently. You never, ever take YOUR frustrations out on a customer. That is cowardly and unprofessional. More than being mad, we are very disappointed in you. You are clearly not the veterinarian nor person that we were under the impression of you being. I really hope you think about your customer service and people skills and maybe talk to a professional who can help you with client relations. Clearly something needs to change. And you know what the worst part is? Our elderly cat is still very ill and in pain. A cat that has only seen you for the past 14 years of her life. But no. Never again will we or our animals walk through your doors. And yes, I will tell every person I can when it comes up in conversation what an un professional veterinarian you are. But for now, we are taking our sick cat and business elsewhere and won't hesitate to share our negative experience at your clinic with others.

This place came highly recommended to me. My dog had a reaction to a wasp sting and I've never dealt with it before. Her head and eyes swelled. By morning I was a bit panicked and called this place. I was told to take her to an emergency vet and was discouraged by the receptionist to even come in. But my transmission was out and this was the only place in walking distance. I finally got them to give me an appointment but that was 4 hours later and couldn't wait so I pleaded to bring my dog in. I was put on hold, then the receptionist came back and said the vet was there and I could bring her in right away. So I walked the 10 minutes and came in. The receptionist told me she was mistaken as to when the vet was coming in and apologized. I knew she was lying right away. I filled out paperwork and the vet did see me in a timely fashion. When I saw the vet he was cold and very rude. If it wasn't for the fact that this place was the closest to me I would of never gone here. I didnt feel welcome at all. The vet bill wasn't bad at all. Very reasonable. But the attitude from the male vet and the receptionist left me feeling that me and my dog were not wanted. I will not be back. Neither will either of my dogs and it is such a shame since they are so close to where I just moved to. I don't know them, so I don't understand why they would lie and be so very cold and rude. I felt stupid for even walking in and giving them any business since they clearly didnt care for it. I was advised at first to take my dog else where and would of if I was able to drive. I had to tell the receptionist that if my dog was dying I'd be going to the closest place to try saving her. She advised me to knock on neighbors doors to see if any of them could give me a ride to another facility. I just moved to this neighborhood, I'm not about to start knocking on strangers doors for a ride when I could just walk down the road and be at a vet in 10 minutes. I couldn't believe what I was being told over the phone when I first called. Me and my dogs are CLEARLY unwanted there and I don't have any clue as to why since I don't know these ppl and have never been there. I don't know what anyone else's experience is at this vet clinic but how do they stay open when they discourage ppl from bothering to come in with their pets. I'll never understand this and I won't be back. I apologized to them if I came across pushy. But the info I read online about a dogs face swelling and how this could stop them from breathing alarmed me. Which was why I HAD to bring her in. That and the fact she started breaking out in hives too. I'm sorry I ever bothered them but won't be bothering them ever again.

Came to have a tick removed and discuss options for my pug and her mast cell tumors. The facility was clean and everyone was professional and friendly. I will return. Thank you!

Best clinic in the okc area. Very intelligent doctors, they care about both us and the animals. The staff there makes this place set apart from others. Always greeted with a smile, treated with respect and if i have any questions they answer them professionally. Give them a try if you are looking for a new vet or if you are new to the area, you wont be disappointed

Very caring staff. Dr Knotts was great with my older, nervous dog. She also took time to talk with my kids putting them at ease as well!
