The employees of this store are amazing and so helpful. I purchased an aquarium and tank during their black Friday sale, but once I got home we found the tank to have several cracks that went all the way through. I immediately called the store and the wonderful associate placed the last one aside for me. My husband and I drove the 20 miles back to the store to get the new tank only to find that that one was also cracked. We offered to wait until a new shipment of tanks came in, however the store team was so kind they made sure to upgrade the tank to make sure I had one that day. Unfortunately we did not completely unbox the tank and got that one home to find the bottom completely cracked. The final trip back to the store the staff and my husband checked the tank over from top to bottom before he left. They even discounted the price more because of the driving we had to do. They turned what could have been a horrible experience into a not so bad one.
This place is not just about the products they sell but about the service. The stuff is very knowledgeable and friendly with the pets and owners. The obedience training for dogs is a must, you can not get more for your money.
