Instead the lady at the counter told me I had to go home and get the model and serial number so she could order one, even though I took a cap off a mower on the floor and showed her its exactly the same.

Ridiculous store policy! Charge $50 dollars at the time you drop the mower off to look at it. Then, after telling them I did not want to invest 120 dollars to fix a 7 year-old mower, then they tell me they charge a $5 a day storage fee for every day you don't pick it up. Provided no information at the time of purchase this was the policy, only that they have a sign posted amongst a "myriad" of signs all over the store. Then, after charging me $20 dollars to get mower back (which, again, was still not working), told me they would have just thrown it away for free! Nothing but thieves! $70 dollars spend and nothing but a broken mower to show for it. Do not take your equipment there, as these thieves cannot be trusted. They only get a "one star" rating because you can't post without at least selecting a star rating!
Had two weed eaters to get fixed . One was a Troy bilt; they don't work on those. They won't even fix a little girl hose leak. Took them both somewhere else.
They sell great products, have the knowledge to answer questions and they have saved many headaches over 17 years.
