Ms. Genie has the absolute best customer service skills! She is very personable and knows me by name and unit number every time I call to make a payment. She cares about her tenants and goes the extra mile to handle problems when they arise. She needs a pay raise for sure! I just vacated my unit after 6 years, but I wanted to make sure to thank Ms. Genie before I left. I'm going to miss her great personality and professionalism.
