I can't believe the delivery people....My daughter has been waiting on a pkg and I happened to see the delivery guy go by ( We live in a large Apt Complex ) We have a nice porch to leave pkgs on, so I thought if it was our delivery they would knock on the door....WRONG ! I thought I'll go out and look, still didn't see anything...Walked on out there sits the box in the breezeway....Anyone could have taken it and probably would have if I would not have found it....They never knock, when they deliver.....I really wanted to rate a half of a star, as you at least got it the complex...COME ON ! You can do better than this...REALLY !!
not even worth a single star. constantly losing my packages and last week, they had another carrier sub in for our usual. what did this sub do? return all of my packages! called the post office to resolve this and as expected, they were no help. five packages have been lost/undelivered in the past year, but this was the last straw. going to buy a personal box in another city just to avoid their incompetence!
FedEx had a package delivered by my mail carrier. They shoved just enough of it into the curbside mailbox so that it wouldn't fall instead of walking it to the door. 3/4 of the package was visible to the naked eye and a thief wouldn't even have to leave thier car to snatch it, not to mention a strong wind. With all the package theft in the news I found this incredible poor customer service.
Phone service is a joke. The auto-attendant said to please stay on the line and someone would assist shortly. I called three times in a row and no one picked up. It hung up and went to a fast busy signal. Some of us work a long commute and cannot get there in time before they close. Isn't government service great? Can't wait for government health care.
The lady was rude and very unhelpful. With employs like this I understand why the US postal service is in trouble .
