Foundation Medical Staffing is by far the best place I have ever worked. I never wake up with the dread of going to work. I feel very fortunate to work with a team that is deeply rooted in good ethical business behavior while constantly coming up with creative ways to celebrate in the office. I have lots of autonomy with an open door policy to the upper management. I love recruiting and I love the nurses I get to work with. Knowing that my travelers are out giving their patients life saving treatment so they can have a little more time with their loved ones is really the icing on the cake for this job.
