I've been going to Arcadia Lake for over 20 years. I only discovered this great area within the last 5 & I'm SO glad I have! It's absolutely the Best place to take the entire family. Super kid friendly, with an awesome swim beach & playground. Shady area right next to the beach for the adults too. Definitely an area worth checking out, being so close to OKC!
Saw lots of wildlife during my stay. Deer, armadillo, all manner of birds, and pygmy rattle snakes. If you plan on RVing bring lots of water hose. I needed about 150' hose to connect to a spigot. Beautiful, quiet, nice place to camp.

Lovely lake. You must pay to enter, but it's worth it. Very peaceful. Only thing I don't necessarily like is the lack of flushable toilets. They need to update the restroom facilities.
