In town from Fort Worth, TX. This Braums was near our hotel, so we stopped in. The girl who waited on us seemed as if she'd rather be ANYWHERE else but here. My 5 year old took a few minutes to make a decision, especially after the first 2 flavors she wanted were out. The server acted very put out by this. My husband ordered a double dip, and every flavor he wanted she "was out of", leading him to eventually settle on plain chocolate. My chocolate malt was hardly mixed, I kept getting clumps of the malt powder and in some places the ice cream was so thick it wouldn't come through the straw. Overall, this wasn't the best experience as none of the employees seemed too excited to be here, and being out of at least 4 flavors of ice cream is ridiculous!
DO NOT EVER GO THERE. I used to eat at braums multiple times a week but after this time I am done for good. My chicken was more dry than the Sahara and not only that the chicken was smaller than my pinky toe. I took a picture of it next to a ruler and it wasnt even 2 inches long. Do not waste your money at this place like me and regret it. I wasted $12 at this place and thats $12 I will never get back
Once a great place to take to take the family but now full of tweekers who are guardians of the chocolate syrup who would prefer to piss off customers and argue with customers and charge them for 2 ounces of chocolate if I wanted that much chocolate in my shake I would have it made with chocolate ice-cream and put my self in a diabetic coma and if I wanted an argument I would move to California and if you want to be the anti-burger king. I. Look at the people working here now and see that not one person behind that counter can say that they even have one friend from work. You are no longer a place I want to eat at or support as an Oklahoma based business. And your food quality is gone as well
It's rare that I have a good experience here. The costumer service is absolutely horrible. They don't want you there and they aren't afraid to show it. My most recent time the lady at the window gave me my food and said "Here, bye." And that was all. A lot of rude people.
We live very close to this Braums and frequent their grocery section often for last-minute needs. We often find no one working the register in the grocery area and have to wait a while before someone slowly makes his/her way over to the register to offer assistance. Our fast-food to-go orders are almost always incorrect. At the least, they forget to include the sauce for our chicken strips, but usually forget one or two orders of fries. Their food is usually good, but their fries are often soggy and under-cooked. We still eat pick up small grocery items from here, but we try to avoid eating fast food from here.
