Called on a Saturday evening (July 8) because AC was out and they were at my home within an hour. Got the job done quickly and at a super reasonable price. Can't recommend enough!
I have to say this is the most honest and loyal company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Yesterday my 72 year young grandmothers a/c went out in the morning on the hottest day in Oklahoma in over four years. I immediately started calling companies to get some estimates and some were wanting to charge 150+ not including labor, time and a half for weekends and parts of coarse. I tried the basic stuff i.e cleaning the unit with a water hose to get dirt build up off and checking the settings on the thermostat but we needed someone who was licensed to come and look at it so I was going to go ahead and go with acs but when I called back they informed me that they would not be able to come out until Tuesday. We could not wait that long as she has very bad health problems and it was reaching 87 in the house, so in a last ditch effort I tried one more company which was Above and beyond air. Jason "I believe the owner" was very polite and pretty much a straight shooter "which I appreciated" answered and I explained my problem and he quoted me a price and he said well let me see if I can get a hold of my tech and see if he can stop by on his way home and take a look at it. He called me back within 10 minutes and he said the technician will be heading your way from Yukon and he will be there in twenty minutes. This was music to my ears, the technician showed up on time "really awesome person" and tool bag in hand he went straight to work. In the meantime I went back inside to talk to my mom and Grandma for a second to let them know he was there and was looking at it. By the time I came back out he was already done. It ended up being the compacitor I believe he called it but it was fixed. It only took maybe 30 minutes to get it working again and it was at least half the price compared to the other prices I was quoted. Long story short this company is the most honest and loyal and knowledgeable company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I will recommend them to everyone and will use them for life! They more than live up to their name. They came out quickly, worked through the problems and the bill was more than reasonable for the amount of work they did. Definitely impressed with the quality of the work and especially the crew.
I called AABHCE because I came home to dim lights and appliances that would not work. I was told that they would be happy to come out, BUT... That I should first call OG&E because likely my main electrical line into the house had a problem. He gave me the right information (the utility pedestal actually turned out to be on fire/smoldering) and did so knowing that he would not get paid a service call fee. They may not have gotten money for this issue, but they have earned my future business. I highly recommend this business.
