I cannot say enough great things about this place! I plan on bringing my children here for as long as I can!
When I say that this practice and this dentist are EXCEPTIONAL, that is an understatement!
I always read reviews before I go anywhere- believe me when I say, this place lives up to every one of these reviews!
I would highly recommend this office to anyone! We recently moved to Edmond and my daughter had her first appointment at this facility yesterday and the whole experience was phenomenal. Every single person we encountered was friendly and warm. Our hygienist was so upbeat and sweet and made my daughter feel very at ease even when she had to do some x-rays that didn't exactly feel comfortable for her. The doctor was incredibly nice and took the time to really explain everything thoroughly and made sure to attend to any concerns I had. I am so happy to have found this office and look forward to all of our future visits!
Dr. Whitfield made him feel completely relaxed and comfortable and told him what he was going to do in a way that wasn't scary and made my son trust him! Angela, the dental hygienist, was amazing with him as well. she really set the tone for the entire appointment and my son is actually excited to go back! He said that it was the most fun he's had at a "doctors appointment" ever!
I was so relieved, and they all made me feel that he was in the best of care throughout it all.
Wow! Dr. Eckroat was absolutely wonderful in treating my autistic son. Not only was he sensitive to all of my son's needs, (without me even mentioning much) but he never rushed my husband or myself throughout our appointments. He answered every question and then some that we didn't even think to ask! Their staff was amazing as well; the ladies are so wonderful and very helpful with everything!
As I have said in previous reviews over the last three years, this place treats my son like a person and not a number! The office is delightful in appearance. The staff are always smiling and genuinely happy with their jobs and it shows! Dr. Dirk is fantabulous! He takes time to remember things about my son and to connect with him each and every visit. Dr. Dirk even spent extra time talking about options for my son for braces since he will be fitted for them next week. He took time to explain positives and negatives of braces and the needs he assessed. Very informative and kind! Great bedside manner, which is super important! The genuine level of caring is off the charts! I wish this could be my dentist office too! :) Thank you EPTD for a top notch experience every time! You all rock! If I could give you 10 stars, I would!!
I really recommend this place so much!
We went to another children's dentist office to have my son's mouth looked at for tooth pain and cavities and they set up a treatment plan to fix teeth that didn't need to be fixed, as well as pull teeth that could be saved. They cut my child's mouth then made him feel bad. So my son was VERY hesitant to go back to another dentist to have all his dental work done.
The anesthesiologist for my son's surgery was so unbelievably kind and informative; he helped me get through that tough process with great assurance and a kind personality to handle a nervous Mommy! I know he had my son's emotional and physical comfort in check every second of the procedure!
We really love this office, all their staff and the care they provide our family! They are wonderful with kids and everything about the office is tailored to be welcoming and accessible to the younger crowd. We see Dr. Whitfield and Rosario has been our hygienist and we are so thankful for them and recommend them and this office to everyone we know with kids!
