36.00 for just a trim..no shampoo or set just a trim and that was so bad

Made an appointment and sat for 40 minutes with.feet in cold water before anyone even started. Others with appointments walked right in and got served. Will not be back here.
Tina Vo did my friends hair and it was amazing, she was very friendly the entire time and did a great job on her hair! I've been there more than once & it's been the same each time. Everyone that works there works in the best interest for the customer and will do what they can to do a good job!!
